Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to help build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued clients. You will work closely with a senior sales executive to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Support the senior sales executive in managing key accounts and understanding client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing relationships through up-selling or cross-selling.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the company’s value proposition through exceptional client service.
• Assist in preparing client-specific proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• MBA degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Ability to quickly learn products/services and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
