Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing business tie-ups, strategic collaborations, and driving revenue growth through corporate and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and initiate partnerships with corporates, event management firms, wedding planners, schools, and other potential business collaborators.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio footfall and revenue via B2B channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with partner businesses.Work closely with marketing teams to support partnership campaigns and co-branded opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for collaboration.Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the service or retail industry.Proven track record of creating successful B2B tie-ups and partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the photography or imaging industry is a plus.
