Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Set sales targets and track performance against KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
