Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Manage full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract signing—including accurate record‑keeping in CRM.
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align on strategy and improve sales effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to proactively adjust sales approaches.
• Generate regular sales reports, track targets, and provide forecasting insights to leadership.
