Job Title: Sales Executive (E-Commerce ) Location: Zirakpur Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Executive with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services related to e-commerce, websites, and digital products, and closing deals to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital space, especially related to e-commerce stores, websites, and online solutions . Present and promote digital services such as website development, online store setup (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), SEO, and digital marketing to prospective clients. Understand client business models and propose customized e-commerce and website solutions. Provide product demonstrations , answer technical questions, and communicate value propositions effectively. Work closely with the development/design teams to ensure accurate delivery of promised services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the digital and e-commerce space. Participate in relevant events, expos, and networking activities to generate leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, web development, or digital marketing . Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and web technologies. Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI, and basic web analytics tools is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable with consultative selling. Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
