Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Sales Engineer with experience in selling HVAC products including Air Distribution Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and the ability to translate technical specifications into value-added solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC products such as Air Washers, AHUs, Fan Sections, and Air Distribution Components (grilles, diffusers, dampers, etc.).
• Understand and analyze customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed product presentations, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers to support product approvals and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and field teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer interactions, and reporting through CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in HVAC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the HVAC industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of airside HVAC systems, especially air washers, AHUs, and ventilation components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and basic HVAC design tools.
• Willing to travel for client visits, site support, and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with HVAC OEMs, system integrators, or MEP consultants.
• Familiarity with ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards and ducting design basics.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other HVAC design tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
