Role - Sales Engineer Location:- Gurugram (Onsite) - Work From Office Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer/Sales Manager/Business development manager to drive sales growth of our solar module products. You'll develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. 3. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions. 4. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 8+ years of sales experience in the solar industry or related field. - Strong technical knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and PV systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
