Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office or project site. She will provide detailed information about properties, assist the sales team in client handling, maintain records, coordinate site visits, and support smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients in the office and on-site. Provide complete project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities. Address client queries professionally and promptly. Arrange and conduct on-site property tours. Coordinate with site team to ensure readiness for visits. Maintain lead database and client records. Follow up with clients via calls, emails, or messaging apps. Schedule and confirm client meetings and site visits. Support sales team with documentation (brochures, price lists, booking forms). Assist in preparing agreements and other sales paperwork. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and follow-ups. Build rapport with clients to support closing sales. Assist during promotional events, exhibitions, and launches. Coordinate internally for updated project information. . Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business / Marketing / Real Estate). 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident presentation and client engagement abilities. Basic understanding of real estate sales process. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
