Sales Coordinator

Location : Rohini, Sector-16

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, order processing, and related documentation.
• Act as a point of contact between sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support sales managers in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in timely order dispatches.
• Track sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes in all sales support activities.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Any Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
