Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Participate in field visits, presentations, and sales meetings as required.
• Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events, digital campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the business development and product teams to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation year in 2026 or 2027.

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

Marketing & Sales Acumen:

• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Awareness of current market trends and digital outreach techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

• Prior internships, coursework, or extracurricular experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
