• Reach out to leads, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM updates, track leads, and follow up regularly.
• Support upselling and referral campaigns with existing clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media content and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for email, video, and ad campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles (education or service industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
