Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation

  : Research and identify potential clients for DigiWaves Tech’s services.

• Client Outreach

  : Assist in outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Market Research

  : Conduct research to identify market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Sales Support

  : Help in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

• Social Media Marketing

  : Assist in creating content and managing social media channels to build brand awareness and attract leads.

• CRM Management

  : Track leads and client interactions in CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and strategies in the IT or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of sales processes and digital marketing (experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc. is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant internship or work experience is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
