Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth research on current and potential clients, including company background, market position, and business objectives Perform comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and positioning Analyze industry reports, market data, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making Prepare research summaries and actionable insights for internal teams Client Engagement Participate in client site visits to gather firsthand information about their operations, challenges, and opportunities Assist in conducting client interviews and surveys to understand their marketing needs and preferences Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of site visit findings Support relationship-building activities with existing and prospective clients Data Collection & Reporting Utilize various research methodologies including primary and secondary research techniques Create comprehensive research reports with clear findings and recommendations Maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy and organization Present research findings to team members and stakeholders Collaborate with digital managers to share brief reports and analysis for strategic alignment Required Qualifications Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field Previous internship or project experience in research, marketing, or business analysis is a plus Skills & Competencies Research Excellence : Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Technology : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and research tools Adaptability : Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously Interpersonal Skills : Professional demeanor for client interactions and team collaboration Travel Requirements Must be willing and able to travel within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client site visits Occasional outstation travel may be required Valid identification documents required for travel Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with market research tools and databases Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation Previous experience in B2B or client-facing roles Understanding of digital marketing and social media research What We Offer Hands-on experience in market research and client management Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Networking opportunities with industry clients Certificate of completion and performance-based recommendations Competitive stipend (that will make you wanna stay forever) Travel allowances for client visits Location & Duration Location : Bengaluru, Mysuru, Udupi Karnataka Duration 6 months Work Mode : Hybrid (flexibility to travel), willing to travel to client’s location Application Requirements Please submit the following: Updated resume highlighting relevant experience and skills Cover letter explaining your interest in marketing research Academic transcripts Any relevant portfolio or research work samples How to Apply Please submit your resumes here.
