About OneMetric and Role Overview:


At OneMetric/, we are on a mission to provide comprehensive and easily executable go-to-market strategies to US, UK, and Europe-based SaaS companies reducing their time to market and revenue cycles. We are already doing so through HubSpot, Salesforce, and content marketing, and moving at a fast pace toward other tech stacks and capabilities.


We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their CRM tools by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that they get to think about what their business needs next.


You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.


Sales Account Executive-aka Relationship Builder, Revenue Driver, Growth Partner


We’re looking for someone who’s part strategist, part people-person, and 100% driven. As our next Sales Account Executive, you’ll help our clients solve real challenges, grow their business, and (bonus!) boost our revenue along the way. If you love conversations that lead to “aha!” moments and believe in building trust before closing deals—this role was made for you.

 What you’ll be up to:

  • Crush goals, not spirits: Execute a smart sales plan, hit those targets, and then high-five yourself for smashing them.
  • Be the client’s favorite person: Build relationships that feel more like partnerships than transactions.
  • Ask the right questions: Dig into what clients really need- not just what they think they need- and help them win.
  • Think big with them: Create strategic account plans that align with their vision and ours.
  • Own the journey: Be there from the first “hello” to the renewal part-and every win in between.
  • Keep feedback flowing: Spot issues before they become problems, collect glowing testimonials, and keep clients smiling.
  • Spot the win-wins: Upsell and cross-sell when it actually makes sense for the client (no one likes the pushy pitch).
  • Be their inside advocate: Champion your clients internally and make sure their voices are heard loud and clear.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+  years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving client satisfaction and success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous for us.
  • If the concerned person has prior experience in working with a marketing agency, it will be a plus.

  • Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
