Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own the complete B2B sales funnel for Accomation’s SaaS product.
  • Improve lead-to-demo, demo-to-installation, and trial-to-paid conversion rates.
  • Build and optimize sales scripts, call flows, objection-handling, and follow-up strategies.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and create actionable strategies to improve performance.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the calling, demo, and support teams.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for each stage of the funnel.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members, especially on accounting basics and product positioning.
  • Review daily CRM reports and support sheets to ensure consistency and accountability.

Client Engagement

  • Handle high-priority leads and key accounts directly.
  • Conduct product demos and client calls when required.

Sales Infrastructure & Tools

  • Utilize Odoo CRM for managing the sales pipeline and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and targeting.
  • Coordinate with product and tech teams for client feedback, new feature needs, and pain point resolution.
