Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic SaaS Sales Executive to drive subscription-based sales and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in SaaS sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role involves working closely with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting them into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive new SaaS subscription sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase value.

2. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and partnerships.
  • Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and position the SaaS product as the best solution.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers by addressing objections and closing deals.

3. Relationship Management & Retention:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve the sales pitch and product positioning.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.

Requirements:

✔ 2-6 years of experience in SaaS Sales / Subscription Sales / B2B Sales.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.✔ Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based sales, and customer retention.✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
