Robotics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Robotic Coordinator to join our STEM education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering hands-on robotics lessons to students, aligning with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) curriculum. This role involves working directly with students to promote creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills through engaging robotics activities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver interactive robotics lessons for school-age students (primary to secondary level). Instruct students in programming, assembling, and operating educational robots (e.g., Microcontrollers, Arduino, VEX, etc.). Integrate robotics with STEM subjects to enhance learning outcomes. Organize workshops, competitions, and STEM exhibitions. Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment and materials. Collaborate with teachers and curriculum designers to align robotics content with academic goals. Inspire and guide students to explore innovation, coding, and engineering concepts. Monitor student progress and provide individual support where needed. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. (STEM education certification is a plus) Prior experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM subjects to school students. Hands-on experience with robotics kits (VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.) Basic knowledge of programming languages (Scratch, Python, C/C++, Blockly, etc.) Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Passion for education, innovation, and working with young learners. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience in conducting or coaching for robotics competitions like FIRST, WRO, or FLL. Familiarity with online learning platforms or digital tools used in STEM education. Salary as per the Experience and Interview Performance (4LPA to 6LPA) Only Accepting Candidates from South Indian Region: Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
