Your Team & Collaboration
You will work closely with:
· The Service team (Captains, Stewards, Supervisors, Waiters, Trainee’s, Helpers).
· The Kitchen and Bar team to ensure seamless coordination kitchen-restaurant operations.
· Management and leadership to uphold service, consistency, and efficiency.
What will you be your Key Responsibilities?
1. Restaurant Operations and Service execution:
· Lead and oversee daily service operations, ensuring excellent service and seamless guest experience.
· Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, offerings, and pairings to guide guests and staff effectively.
· Maintain smooth coordination between the kitchen, service, and bar teams.
· Build rapport with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
· Uphold presentation standards for plating, drinks, and overall ambiance.
· Monitor service quality, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
· Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
2. Team Leadership, Management & Training
· Inspire, train, and mentor the service team to meet and exceed expectations.
· Foster a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration within the team.
· Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
· Identify employee development needs and facilitate training programs.
· Supervise and coordinate shifts to ensure seamless workflow and coverage.
· Recognize and reward outstanding performance, boosting morale and retention.
3. Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction:
· Monitor and collect guest feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed and incorporated into service improvements.
· Uphold hospitality best practices to create an inviting and memorable dining experience.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor benchmarks to enhance service standards.
· Develop relationships with local and regional hospitality institutions to attract top talent.
4. Financial Oversight and Compliance:
Ensure billing systems are followed correctly and prevent misuse.
Track service performance metrics, reporting any deviations or inefficiencies.
Maintain detailed records of service operations, guest trends, and team performance.
Monitor and control wastage, costs, and operational expenditures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: 3-5 years in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant (preferably in hospitality).
· Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, train, and lead a diverse team.
· Guest-Centric Approach: Strong focus on hospitality, service, and customer engagement.
· Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making in high-pressure environments.
· Attention to Detail: Precision in guest interactions, service execution, and quality control.
· Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and inventory management tools.
