Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai Reporting To: Sr Relationship Manager Job Summary : Responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, understanding financial goals, and offering suitable products across equity , mutual funds, loans , and related services. Requires strong sales acumen, client servicing skills, and market knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire new clients and retain existing ones through regular engagement. Understand client needs and recommend relevant financial products. Drive business through channel partners (CPs). Sales & Product Advisory: Promote equity , mutual funds, and loan products to meet sales targets. Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and provide portfolio advice. Client Servicing: Resolve queries promptly and maintain high service standards. Share market insights and portfolio updates regularly. Market Knowledge & Compliance: Stay updated on financial products, trends, and competitor offerings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms. Maintain accurate client records and submit activity reports. Key Metrics (KPIs): New client acquisition Sales and revenue targets (individual & branch) Portfolio growth and retention CP-driven business contribution Client satisfaction Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in finance, Business, or related field Experience: 3–5 years in financial services/sales, with exposure to equity, mutual funds, and loans Skills: Strong product knowledge (equity, MF, loans) Excellent communication and relationship skills Analytical and client-focused mindset Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Show more Show less
