About The Role

We are looking for a results-oriented

Regional Sales Manager

to lead business growth in the industrial automation segment across Haryana and surrounding regions. This is a field-heavy role suited for professionals with deep domain knowledge of automation technologies like

PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, and Motors

, and prior experience engaging with

OEMs, end users

, and

SPM manufacturers

, particularly in the

automotive sector

.You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, and developing customized automation solutions that address the technical and business needs of regional manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

🔹

Sales Strategy & Execution

Own and execute territory-wise sales plans to meet revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Drive focused selling of automation products and solutions—PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, VFDs—to OEMs and industrial end-users.Identify new leads, convert opportunities, and retain key accounts with strategic engagement.🔹

Client & Account Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs, end users, and SPM builders.Customize value propositions and technical solutions based on customer applications and automation requirements.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical support and commercial guidance throughout the sales cycle.🔹

Channel & Partner Engagement

Engage with system integrators and regional channel partners to drive project fulfillment and post-sales support.Develop territory-specific partner engagement plans to extend market coverage.🔹

Industry & Application Development

Understand client pain points and suggest appropriate automation applications tailored to industry-specific challenges—especially in

automotive, packaging, and discrete manufacturing

.Work closely with application and engineering teams to scope, present, and deliver customized solutions.🔹

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with product, service, and support teams to ensure timely delivery, commissioning, and customer success.Contribute to go-to-market planning and competitive positioning by providing market and field feedback.

What We’re Looking For

4–8 years

of sales experience in industrial automation; hands-on familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, and VFDs is essential.Strong exposure to

OEMs, end users

, and

SPM manufacturers

—especially in the

automotive or machinery segments

.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while managing a diverse territory.Comfortable with frequent travel within Haryana and nearby regions (:150–200 km radius).Strong communication, consultative selling, and technical solutioning skills.Self-starter with high ownership and discipline in reporting, planning, and field execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation preferred).Prior experience with automation product manufacturers, distributors, or system integrators.CRM-savvy and organized in handling pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
