Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within Tamil Nadu region, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing and mentoring the sales team across Tamil Nadu, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mattress sales , territory management, and team leadership.
• Strong skills in client relationship management and account management.
• Business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the mattress or bedding industry is a plus.
