Recruitment Specialist

mid to senior-level mandates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand talent requirements and organization culture.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring trends, diversity strategies, and candidate expectations.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent delivery and consultative engagement.

2. Recruitment & Execution

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across industries/functions.
• Build and execute strong sourcing strategies using databases, referrals, headhunting, and social media.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with a focus on cultural fit, capability, and long-term potential.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer negotiation.

3. Diversity Hiring Expertise

• Develop and lead diversity hiring initiatives, building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring strategies.
• Educate clients on inclusive job descriptions and interview practices.
• Maintain strong knowledge of evolving DEI hiring benchmarks and deliver on diversity mandates with conviction.

4. Internal Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior recruiters and support their growth through coaching and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with the research team to build customized talent maps.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to mid/senior-level mandates.
• Proven track record of success in diversity hiring.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a bias for action.
• Passion for talent, inclusion, and making a business impact through people.
