Job Title: Account Manager – IT & Technical Staffing (Domestic Market) Location: Chennai, India (Onsite) Note: Prior experience in handling the Indian domestic market is mandatory. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Account Manager with a strong background in sales and business development to join our growing IT and technical staffing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored IT staffing solutions that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Understand clients’ technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide the right staffing solutions. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for account growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals. Stay informed about the latest IT trends and staffing solutions to provide expert advice. Ensure excellent client service by promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in account management and business development in the Indian IT and staffing industry. Proven track record of working with large MNCs, enterprise clients, and IT services companies. Strong understanding of IT staffing, contracting models, and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under tight deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
