We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead US IT recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across full-time, and C2H roles. This individual will take ownership of sourcing top-tier tech talent, building vendor relationships, and mentoring a team of recruiters while working with VMS tools and applicant tracking systems. Role : Sr./Lead US IT Recruiter Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite) 3+ Years US IT Recruiting Experience Required Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (time and contract) Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 Prime Vendors Work efficiently with VMS tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal) Source and screen top tech talent across domains such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, AI/ML, and more Mentor and lead junior recruiters to ensure team success.
