Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Gujarat, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the candidate pipeline. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain applicant tracking systems, facilitate job postings, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in coordinating with hiring managers and managing the candidate pipeline
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job posting facilitation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the textile or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
