Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Madurai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Qualifications

Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
Skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the software industry is a plus
