Job Title: Quality Executive Location: Farrukh Nagar, Haryana Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 in hand (plus PF & ESIC) Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday) About Us: We are a dynamic warehouse operation located in Farrukh Nagar, focused on delivering exceptional quality standards. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team and ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Inspect the warehouse processes to identify areas of improvement and maintain consistent quality throughout operations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and managers to address quality issues or discrepancies. Implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness to resolve quality-related concerns. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, ensuring all reports are up to date. Assist in periodic internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Provide training to warehouse staff on quality control measures and best practices. Key Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues quickly. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Proficiency in using MS Office (especially Excel) for quality reporting. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
