Quality Engineer

Required Quality Engineers at Aryan Cables, Bareilly for the following Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Quality Control:

Establishing and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and documentation for cable products and manufacturing processes.

Conducting Inspections and Tests:

Performing in-process and final inspections, testing cables for compliance with specifications, and identifying potential defects.

Analyzing Data and Identifying Issues:

Monitoring quality data, analyzing trends, and identifying root causes of quality problems.

Resolving Quality Issues:

Leading or participating in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) to address quality issues, both internally and from customer complaints.

Collaborating with Teams:

Working with production, R&D, supply chain, and other teams to improve material quality, process stability, and product performance.

Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, UL, CE), regulatory requirements, and customer-specific standards.

Supervising and Training:

May supervise quality inspectors and lab personnel, and provide training on quality procedures and standards.

Auditing and Documentation:

Conducting internal audits, maintaining quality documentation (e.g., reports, SOPs, control plans), and participating in customer audits and inspections.

Supporting New Product Development:

Participating in qualification testing, trials, and validation of new cable products.

Supplier Quality Management:

Providing technical support in raw material evaluation and supplier quality initiatives.

Essential Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cable manufacturing processes, materials, and testing methods.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex quality problems.

Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with various teams and present findings.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in inspections, data analysis, and documentation.

Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Knowledge of Quality Standards: Familiarity with relevant industry standards (ISO, UL, etc.) and regulatory requirements.

Typical Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in cable manufacturing or a related industry is often required.

Pay: ₹9,505.92 - ₹35,000.00 per month
