Python / Java developer Cum Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Python/Java Developer cum Trainer who will be responsible for both software development and training delivery. The ideal candidate will split their time between hands-on coding for live projects and conducting technical training sessions for students or junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Development Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java and Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and bug fixing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in software development.

Training Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective classroom and online training sessions in Python and Java (Core & Advanced).
• Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Mentor and support trainees throughout the learning cycle.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training content based on audience skill levels and learning goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0 to 1+ years of professional experience in Java and Python development.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Django, Flask is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, JIRA, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in web development, REST APIs, or microservices architecture.
• Exposure to database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Certification in Java or Python is an added advantage.
• Ability to develop project-based training models.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
