We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who is passionate about working with AI models and optimizing language prompts to achieve high-quality, reliable outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and refine effective prompts for AI language models (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA).
• Develop prompt libraries and frameworks to improve model performance across diverse tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt-based solutions into workflows and products.
• Analyze and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance.
• Continuously research advancements in AI prompt engineering, NLP, and LLM capabilities.
• Provide best practices and guidelines for prompt writing and model interaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience working with large language models (LLMs) or AI-based applications.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how AI models interpret prompts.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant scripting languages is a plus.
• Ability to design experiments and evaluate model outputs effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering tools and frameworks is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and prompt safety.
• Exposure to prompt tuning or fine-tuning LLMs.
