Key Tech Skills:

Thought leadership, experience in Customer Success/relationship building, end to end project management/delivery skills, resource grooming/planning, roadmap/strategy building, product quality assurance, Agile/Scrum methodology, high Impact Communication, good hands-on knowledge of development in any of the technology – Java/.NET Or Similar, good understanding of cloud/on-premises solution and architecture, delivery schedule management, ability to conceptualise and visualise at a macro level. High calibre in understanding business needs and pain points of the customer.

Experience:

Experience 5-8 years. At least 3 years of this should be in Program / Project management with responsibility of timely and quality delivery of IT projects

Job Location:

Chandigarh (Netsmartz House) or Mohali (STPI Building). This position may require travel to client places for demos/client interactions.
