Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PMO professional with 3+ years of experience to support project delivery, governance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will help drive project efficiency, ensure standard processes, and provide visibility to stakeholders through effective tracking and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Track project progress, risks, and deliverables across teams
Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards
Support resource planning, audits, and compliance
Assist in implementing PMO best practices and tools
Support program and project governance - perform project audits and reviews and extract lessons-learned.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership for status updates
Prepare reports for multiple stakeholders

Requirements

3+ years in project coordination or PMO roles
Proficient in Zoho Projects (used at Wishtree for our Project Management) or similar Project Management tools
Good to have knowledge of PowerBI for creating reports and dashboards
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to think and work independently
Strong analytical skills
