Project Lead Engineer

Position Overview: The Project Head Engineer will lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory specifications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee all phases of engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, and closure.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Review and approve technical documents, designs, and specifications.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular project audits to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential project delays or issues.
• Client Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engineering matters.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to clients effectively.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PE) preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Advanced knowledge of engineering software relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with regular visits to project sites.
• Some travel may be required depending on project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
