Role Description

Real Estate Salesperson

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive property information

✔️ Conduct property site visits and coordinate presentations for potential buyers and investors

✔️ Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms

✔️ Maintain updated property listings and stay informed about market trends

✔️ Negotiate property deals and facilitate smooth transactions

✔️ Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets and support the overall growth of the business

✔️ Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, policies, and regulations

Qualifications

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✅ Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability

✅ Good knowledge of real estate markets, sales processes, and legal compliance

✅ Proven experience in real estate sales or property transactions (preferred)

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Proficiency with real estate management software is an advantage

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

✅ Valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate)
