Organisation: TECHON ELECTRO CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED Designation: Project Engineer Job Location: Ahmedabad Department: Project & Execution Grade/ Level: L3 Direct Reporting To: General Manager (Mr. Vishal Bhatt) No. of openings: 2 Job Purpose: To plan, coordinate, and execute electrical panel projects from order receipt to delivery and site coordination. The Project Engineer ensures that project timelines, technical specifications, and client requirements are met while working with internal departments such as design, production, and purchase. Responsibilities: 1. Study project specifications and drawings to understand technical and delivery requirements. 2. Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. 3. Prepare and monitor project execution schedules and update clients regularly. 4. Ensure materials and components are available as per the project plan. 5. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with site needs and approvals. 6. Conduct internal and client inspections (FAT) and resolve technical issues. 7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including delivery checklists and handover records. 8. Ensure timely dispatch of panels and assist with site coordination or installation support if required. 9. Report project status, delays, or changes to management and stakeholders. 10. Support continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting corrective actions. Requisite Skills: a) Electrical Panel Knowledge – Understanding of MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, AMF & Automation panels. b) Project Coordination – Ability to manage timelines and communicate across departments. c) Technical Understanding – Can read electrical drawings and resolve on-site issues. d) Client Communication – Handles client updates, feedback, and approvals. e) Documentation & Reporting – Maintains project records, checklists, and reports. Education: Diploma / BE - Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation. Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years (Knowledge of MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and other control panels) CTC per annum: 2.85 – 4.0Lakh Total Experience: 3+ Will travel?
