Experience:

Industry Experience:

• A minimum of 15–20 years of experience in Project Execution/ Project Management/ Project Planning/ Consultancy Services within Metal/ Mining/ Energy/ Power/ Industrial sectors.

Leadership Experience:

• At least 5 years in a leadership role (such as Project Manager or equivalent) with accountability for strategy, quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management.

Project Scope:

• Demonstrated experience in new installations, expansions, or major upgrades of projects worth at least Rs 100 billion in Metals/ Mining/ Energy/ Power sectors.
• For consultancy experience, the candidate must have led consulting assignments (each valued at Rs 100 million in India or abroad) with a proven track record in delivering advisory services for large-scale projects.

• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Quality Assurance skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree (BE/ B Tech) with Post Graduation (MBA or equivalent)
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
