Job Description

Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Architecture & Office Interiors We are looking for a highly driven and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution by actively coordinating between internal departments, vendors, and site teams, while maintaining high levels of communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to assertively drive timelines, coordination, and accountability across all stakeholders involved in turnkey interior projects. Responsibilities Project Coordination & Follow-Up: Serve as the central point of contact between design, execution, procurement, and vendor teams. Ensure seamless day-to-day coordination and communication across departments. Timeline & Progress Tracking: Track project progress against schedules and follow up rigorously to ensure milestones are met. Escalate delays or bottlenecks for timely resolution. Communication & Escalation: Maintain strong, assertive communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Act as the first line of escalation to maintain project momentum and accountability. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated project tracking sheets and follow-up reports. Document variations, issues, and status updates for review by senior management. Vendor & Site Coordination: Regularly follow up with vendors and site engineers for timely deliveries and execution. Ensure clarity of scope and alignment across teams. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Designers, and other functional heads. Support in ensuring execution aligns with planning and client expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within interior/execution environments. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail. Assertive and confident in coordinating across functions and escalating when needed. Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Language Requirements Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken) is mandatory.
