Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed 

  work plans, logical frameworks, and monitoring and evaluation

   (M&E) plans for program activities.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including team coordination, resource allocation, and troubleshooting challenges.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
•  Ensure timely and accurate program reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
•  Facilitate knowledge sharing, document best practices, and contribute to organizational learning.
• Collaborate to conduct baseline, midline, and endline surveys, ensuring data quality and utilization for program improvement whenever required.
• Mentor and supervise field staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in program management within the development/non-profit sector, including direct experience in project cycle management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, M&E frameworks, and results-based management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and relevant project management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with donor reporting and compliance is highly desirable.
