Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the .NET and cloud-native space Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of development experience, with a primary focus on server-side development and API development. Expertise in .NET Framework (including C#) and demonstrable experience with related technologies like ASP.NET MVC, Web API. Strong hands-on experience with API development standards and practices, including RESTful API design principles, HATEOAS, API versioning, error handling, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, API Gateway integration). Proficiency in database design and development, specifically with MS SQL Server, including complex query optimization, stored procedures, and understanding of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). Solid understanding of software design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Repository, Unit of Work) and architectural principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good To Have Experience with .NET Core development and migration strategies. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). About The Role The Indirect - Category Management role works within the sub category team will be responsible for creating and developing an industry leading Professional Services category management strategy for assigned sub categories to manage the $300M+ portfolio of spend strategically to create step changes in value creation and industry leading performance in all aspects of procurement including strategy, organizational alignment, sourcing and category management, supplier relationship management, operating process management, performance management, digital and technology. Responsibilities Create strategy for sub categories. Pipeline generation to ensure at least 1/3 of spend is sent to market Establish sourcing goals and acceptable service levels. Negotiates and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Market Research to ensure that we are price competitive Spend Profiling and analytics Sets negotiation terms for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies. Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Evaluates vendors' capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness. Identifies and conducts research on suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met. Basic Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 10-12 Years of experience in Indirect Category management Experience in Indirect strategy development for Professional Services and advisory management. Experience in pipeline generation and opportunity identification. Experience in RFPs Good stakeholder management, communication and flexible to travel.
