Job Type : Full Time Education Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.TECH (Mechanical)/Production/Plastic Engineering or equivalent. Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the production process of HDPE pipe manufacturing. The candidate will ensure efficient production operations, monitor machinery, improve output quality, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of HDPE pipe extrusion lines. Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and adjust as necessary. Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets. Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Optimize raw material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet TEC/ISO standards. Maintain documentation of production data and prepare reports. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Train and guide operators and production staff. Required Skill : Mechanical/Production/Plastic Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HDPE pipe manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of extrusion processes, die-head technology, and pipe sizing. Familiarity with IS 4984 and other relevant standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with PLC-controlled machines. Understanding of resin types and additives used in HDPE.
