𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 : 𝗦𝗵𝘆𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : CRM trainer 𝗖𝗧𝗖 & 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 : 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 . 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 – 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 . 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: Resource will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate users on our software products mainly CRM . The Resource will work closely with product development teams and customer support to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and align with product features and user needs. The role is crucial in enabling users to effectively leverage our software solutions, enhancing user satisfaction and product adoption. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentation decks. • 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Facilitate training workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for various user groups, ranging from beginners to advanced users. • 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing questions and concerns related to software functionality. • 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs and materials. • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to understand product updates and incorporate changes into training content. • 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress. • 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Assist in onboarding new employees and clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed to utilize software effectively. • 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in training methodologies.
