Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Trainee to join our growing product team. As a trainee, you will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements and market data
• Support in creating product documentation, roadmaps, and feature specifications
• Participate in user research, competitor analysis, and data-driven product decisions
• Coordinate with development, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product execution
• Monitor product performance metrics and assist in identifying improvement areas
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and internal reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and MBA
• Strong interest in product development, technology, or digital solutions
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
