We are currently looking for Business Analyst full time.

Work Location: Chennai Citi Centre, No.10 &11, 5th Floor, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600004.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with international clients, excellent communication skills, and strong expertise in requirement gathering and documentation aligned with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with international clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) using user stories and user acceptance criteria
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure a clear understanding and alignment of business goals throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Validate solutions through effective testing and feedback gathering
• Support system integration processes via APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software/IT environment
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, especially from international clients
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and working within Agile teams
• Expertise in writing BRDs and FRDs using user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in system integration via APIs
