Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support cum QA Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves providing technical support to users, ensuring accurate issue resolution, and working closely with the Quality Assurance team on software testing and documentation.Provide technical assistance to end-users via email, chat, or phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via email, phone, or chat.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware/application issues and document solutions.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain support logs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs during development and releases.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure issue resolution.
• Assist in writing test documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
• Participate in regression, functional, and usability testing.
