About the Role:We’re looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our product team full-time. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive on turning complex ideas into seamless user experiences, and are excited about shaping the future of mental healthcare, this is your opportunity. What You’ll Do:Collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer and cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our mobile and web platforms.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Framer.Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior.Maintain consistency in visual language and design systems across products.(Bonus) Contribute motion design, illustrations, or 3D work if you have the skills! Who You Are:1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for mobile and/or web products (healthtech experience is a plus).Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.Comfortable with user research and testing methods.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Eager to work in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment in Gurugram.
