Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors
Ideation and Conceptualization: Generate and iterate on design concepts that address user problems and align with business objectives
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
Visual Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional UI designs, including typography, color schemes, iconography, and layout, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products
Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements
