About the Cradlewise Design Team

Cradlewise Design is a close-knit team of User-Experience Designers, Visual Designers and Video editors from all over India. We create experiences to help every family sleep and live better, through science-driven solutions, and it's the role of the team to humanize and create every touchpoint with empathy and support.

About the Role

Cradlewise is looking to hire a Full-Time Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering customer-centric user experiences across all our products and services. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and have a strong understanding of User Experience Design, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, build user flows and journeys, and create high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and human factors principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web and mobile application design and technology.
• Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (growth, tech, content and marketing teams) to bring designs to life.
• Present and communicate design solutions effectively.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

What You'll Bring

• A portfolio that can demonstrate your ability to work on modern digital interfaces.
• Craft beautiful experiences that visually present the user interface so information is easy to read, understand and find.
• Thorough understanding of the design process to perform research, build workflows and user journeys, execute design with high quality prototypes and test mock-ups for feedback.
• Understanding and implementation of best practices including accessibility standards and human factors.
• Passionate and up to date with the latest trends in web and mobile application design and technology.
• Willingness to keep an open mind to learn new things.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Passion for design and simplifying complex problems.
• A humble team player who is a great partner to work with for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn from your mistakes and absorb feedback
• Great communication skills and comfortable with presenting your designs.
• Open to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Knowledge of modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to use analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand user behavior and make informed design decisions.

• Bachelors or MA/MS degree (or higher) in Design (interaction, graphic or visual communication) or equivalent practical experience from 3 to 5 yrs.

Selection Process

1. We will carefully scan through all the work you have submitted as part of your portfolio.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be given a small design challenge along with 3 rounds of 1-on-1 interviews.
3. Selected candidates will be shortlisted and informed.
