Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities
• Building Eloqua campaign segments template with various filter conditions as per business needs
• Transactional items such as documentation contact deletion
• Create a new Custom Data Object CDO and program to manage data flow within the system
• Write Structured Query Language SQL queries to retrieve data from Database
• Track and analyze the email marketing campaigns for key metrics also owns business metrics lead generation account nurturing
• Use statistical analysis past campaign behavioral response to create email campaigns optimize lists segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns
• Perform pre go live audits on web pages as per the business requirement
• Analyze any campaign or data specific errors if any post campaign execution
• Recommends email marketing best practices
• Manage the technology to scale email marketing programs and improve effectiveness
• Process management and documentation
• Stakeholder management often across multiple geographies
• Prompt and proactive communication with the stakeholders via email phone Teams on the projects

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience Qualifications Personal qualities
• Minimum 2 5 years in email marketing preferably in B2B Services Industry with Global exposure
• Experience on marketing automation tools desired
• SQL beginner to intermediate
• Strong xls skills
• Someone with the right attitude and willing to learn build a career on data management
• Fast learner high attention for detail
• Professional experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor s Degree
