Job Purpose:Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations focusing on quality, efficiency, safety, and cost optimization. Responsible for implementing and maintaining systems for ISO 9001:2015 certification, monitoring inventories, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 systems for audit readiness and certification compliance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods (SFG), and finished goods, initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
Develop and lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze production and operational data to identify areas for process improvement.
Define and monitor performance metrics/KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to prioritize improvement projects.
Develop action plans, allocate resources, and lead project execution.
Optimize processes, workflows, and layouts to minimize waste (LEAN), improve throughput, and enhance profitability.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes.
Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and capacity analysis.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:3 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
