Job Description

Position Summary:

Major duties and responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to support the development of new business from existing clients and new opportunities. This role will focus on planning, managing, effectively driving and articulating proposition and solutions through client-facing documentation and presentations, delivered to the highest standard

Planning of sales strategies, presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department

Closely work with Sales personnel to provide Product, Business and Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities

Interact with clients while researching their mobile product needs and proposing solutions as per their requirement

Evaluate the proposal based on cost, functionality, business needs and risks

Create and maintain sales collateral such as marketing concepts for brands, capability decks, proposal templates, case studies basis campaigns delivered as well as what is happening in other parts of the world

Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to help define overall product strategies and guide best practices

Spotting trends and technologies and be able to recommend industry-leading practices for inclusion in our solutions and responses

Candidate Profile

Btech/Mtech/MBA from Tier 1 colleges

Background (essential and desired)

6-8 years of work experience.

Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to develop client relationships.

Strong customer service orientation

Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients

Understanding of mobile engagement platforms & communication channels like text, voice, email, app,whatsapp..etc is essential.

Wireframing, flow design, prototyping

Requirement gathering

Education (essential and desired)

Btech/Mtech/MBA from Tier 1 colleges

Presentation Skills ( a must )

Any other details (target company, work shifts, domain etc)

- Working experience of Mobile engagement & communication platform- product & services is preferable.
